When I saw this picture the first time I thought, “Change the face and that could have been me and my best friend, circa 1984.” Even though I did not know Clothes Circuit’s first models for the Park Cities People, Julie and Megan, I dressed just like them. They are pictured here for an ad run 

And as they say, “What goes around, comes around.”Neo-preppy” is the new term. It’s been modernized a bit and is not quite so stiff. While you might not see young gals running around in  winter scene, printed sweater vests,…ballet flats, pencil skirts and colored tights are everywhere and Clothes Circuit is “totally” on board with that. Chunky knits, A-line dresses and skirts, and skinny jeans are seen throughout our store along with all the accouterments to complete your neo-preppy look.

While constructing  a retrospective in homage to our past 29 years in business, I came across a clipping of one of our 1990 ads. WOW! HELLO shoulder pads and lest we forget, HELLO big hair. It was the style of the day and we make it our business to be on trend.
